Encouraging Message:
You’ve heard it said that home is where the heart is. Home is a physical place, but it is also an essence. You can feel at home anywhere in the world, if you carry it within you wherever you go.
Home feels like safety, support, security, nurture, comfort, freedom, love etc. Sometimes being around others can conjure these emotions—we feel at ease when we are around certain people. In these cases, maybe it's because those people have created a home within themselves and we are tuning into their energy, which is why it feels so good to be around them. Maybe in their absence—when we are alone—we feel that something is missing.
Good news is, you can always cultivate the essence of home, no matter where you are in the world, no matter who you are around or if you are by yourself, and no matter what your current living situation looks like.
By tuning into these emotions of home—by grounding down and practicing the feeling of safety within your body, you’ll find that you can return to the home within yourself. It's always here waiting for you.
Gaining this inner stability can benefit your life is so many ways—by granting you confidence to express yourself boldly, and to follow your greatest and wildest dreams. This practice can also improve your housing circumstance. The more safe, supported, nurtured, and free you feel within yourself, the more your outer environment with reflect that.
It all starts within. This can affect your relationships as well. You can be the one that carries the essence of home within yourself everywhere they go—the one everyone feels good to be around. In returning to the home within yourself, you remind others that they can do the same. And so, your home life is not just about your house—it is about your heart.

You can feel secure exactly where you’re at, while still knowing that you desire more. At every stage of your expansion journey, continue to remind yourself that you are safe.
The essence of home that you cultivate within will reflect back to you through your outer world in beautiful ways.
